While I love providing 1:1 support, I know there are other ways for you to get the support you need. I recognize the power of connections and shared experiences in promoting mental health and well-being. Support groups provide a supportive and collaborative space for you to feel less isolated in your experiences. The group space can act as a sounding board, as well as a place to put things into perspective.
Talking about yourself and your private issues in a group setting can initially feel intimidating. I get that, it may feel daunting at first. What I often see and hear time after time again, is that people feel validated, understood, encouraged, and hopeful, and that the group experience is very rewarding. It’s a space where everyone is encouraged to express themselves without judgment, promoting a sense of belonging.

I am not only certified in perinatal mental health, I lead this group from a distinctive standpoint, drawing from my personal experiences of navigating IVF.

With the emotional, physical, and psychological complexities typically associated with this journey, having group support can foster a positive pregnancy experience providing understanding, resilience, and mutual encouragement.
